Customers remain solely responsible for operational, engineering, maintenance, protection, compliance, and asset management decisions made using information managed within the platform.

Technical & Usage Information

Customer operational data is not shared across organizations.

DGAWatch uses role-based access controls and organization-level data separation designed to restrict access to authorized operational environments.
Access to operational records is controlled according to assigned permissions and organizational membership.
The platform is designed to maintain logical separation between customer operational environments.
6. Storage & Security
DGAWatch maintains administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect customer information and operational records.
Security protections may include:
- encrypted communication using HTTPS/TLS
- protected cloud infrastructure
- encrypted operational storage systems
- controlled authentication workflows
- inactivity-based session timeout controls

Uploaded operational documents are not intended for anonymous public access.
While DGAWatch maintains safeguards designed to protect customer information and operational records, no internet-connected platform, cloud environment, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Document & File Uploads

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents comply with their own operational, contractual, legal, engineering, and regulatory requirements.
DGAWatch does not independently validate engineering accuracy, laboratory certification status, regulatory sufficiency, or operational correctness of uploaded records.
8. Support Access
DGAWatch follows a customer-controlled support access model.
Support personnel do not maintain unrestricted standing access to customer operational environments.
Support access may occur when reasonably necessary to:
- investigate platform issues
- provide technical assistance
- troubleshoot operational workflows
- support customer-requested actions
Support interactions are intended to operate under controlled and customer-authorized workflows where applicable.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
Operational records remain available within the customer environment unless removed by the customer, required for operational continuity processes, or retained as necessary for legal, backup, security, audit, or infrastructure recovery purposes.
Backup systems and operational logs may temporarily retain protected copies of operational records after deletion from active workflows.
DGAWatch does not guarantee immediate or irreversible deletion from all backup, recovery, logging, or infrastructure systems.
10. Backup & Recovery
DGAWatch maintains backup and recovery protections intended to support operational continuity and long-term maintenance record retention.
Backup protections may include:
- scheduled backups

15. No Warranty
DGAWatch is provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DGAWatch disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties relating to:
- uninterrupted availability
- operational accuracy
- completeness of records
- engineering suitability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- operational outcomes
- maintenance decision reliability
Platform workflows, alerts, indicators, reports, diagnostic trends, and operational records are intended to support workflow coordination and operational visibility only.
Customers remain solely responsible for all operational, engineering, maintenance, compliance, and asset management decisions.
16. Regulatory & Standards Considerations
DGAWatch is designed to support operational workflows commonly associated with transformer diagnostics and maintenance programs.
References to operational practices, engineering workflows, or industry guidance do not constitute certification, formal compliance representation, or regulatory approval.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, DGAWatch does not represent compliance with any specific utility, governmental, cybersecurity, engineering, or regulatory framework.
17. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and use of the DGAWatch platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from use of the platform or related services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts located in Texas, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
18. Changes to This Policy
